Do you prefer someone with physical attractiveness more than someone who is intelligent?
Q. Im performing a psychology experiment and i need testimonials to use... Do you prefer someone who is more attractive than smart, or someone who is smart, but not extremely attractive... say the attractive choice gets a few looks when they are in public but does not have more than a high school diploma and is not extremely street-smart, while the smart one blends in to a crowd but has a bachelors degree or higher and is considerably street-smart.

A. This is a question that ultimately loops in terms of answers. You can be attractive and dumb, half-witted, or be intelligent. All 3 IQ levels will initially have NO bearing on how that person is perceived by others ( first impression ). You can be ugly (if this is the other example ) and be like the 3 IQ levels above. And the same thing applies, that first impression will not make a difference as the outside is what gets judged first. But, in the case of someone ugly, they have already been given a "negative" assessment. Even if you lighten up and compare attractive to plain jane, the attractive one by human nature gets the better chance of being accepted.
